(Undated) -- Both the University of Delaware and Delaware State University have fallen slightly in this year's Best Colleges list by U.S. News & World Report. U-D fell to number-39 from number-38 among public schools in the nation, while D-S-U is ranked at number-91 falling from number-89 among national universities. However,Delaware State is ranked at number-four among public H-B-C-Us. Wesley College in Dover tied with other schools at number-11 among best Northern regional colleges.
