(Dover, DE) -- Delaware state employees soon could see a jump in their paychecks. The committee in charge of writing the state budget signed off on a plan that would give state workers a one-thousand-dollar pay raise and a one-time bonus of 500-dollars. Combined, it would total about 49-million in spending. The committee will meet again today to work on the budget.
