(Middletown, DE) -- A Middletown High School student is facing charges for pointing a gun at another student. Police say 18-year-old Tymere Moore got into a fight with a female student in the hallway of the school Friday morning. He then got into a verbal fight with a male student who intervened. Investigators say Moore then took a 9mm handgun from his back pack and pointed it at the male student. The argument ended with no injuries. The gun was found in his bag and he was arrested.
