Delaware's highest education institutions are asking the state for more funding for maintenance and other projects. Delaware State University is hoping for 100-million. The University of Delaware is asking for about 66-million and Delaware Technical Community College is seeking about 12-million. The combined total amounts are about 160-million more than the governor recommended in January.
