Healthcare changes are recommended at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna. An independent assessment was ordered following last year's deadly riot. Recommendations released today include updating the way inmates request and receive medical care making the electronic records system more efficient. Corrections officer Steven Floyd was killed in February's riot.
