Amended Bump Stock Ban Passes State House

The state House is moving its version of a proposed ban on bump stocks and trigger cranks back to the Senate for a potential final vote.  The amended version of the proposed ban passed 34-to-4 Tuesday. The new version lessened the penalty for anyone possessing one of the devices while making their sale and purchase a felony.
