A Greenwood man is charged with his fifth DUI after hitting a DUI sign in Sussex County Monday. Police say Joseph Williams was driving east on Cannon Road near Sussex Highway when he crossed a median, hit a DUI sign, and continued down a highway until his truck stopped, facing south in the northbound lanes. State troopers say Williams initially refused to comply with their orders, so they used a Taser and took him into custody.
