Dover police say three men are under arrest after a weekend traffic stop led to drug and gun charges. Investigators say the three were pulled over near Lakewood Drive and Columbia Avenue Saturday night for an equipment violation. Police found 108 bags of heroin, less than a gram of marijuana, and a handgun inside the vehicle. Cops say 23-year-old Shabazz Barlow, 19-year-old Jerry Green, and a 17-year-old were arrested and eventually released on bail.
