Delaware Democrats are introducing legislation that would end the sale of gun magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds. The devices would be illegal to sell, buy or possess under the bill. People who currently own large-capacity magazines would be able to use them on private property and at shooting ranges, where the devices would also be able to be rented. Police, retired law-enforcement officers and active military would be exempted from the ban.
