Wilmington Port Board Approves Deal With Gulftainer

The Port of Wilmington board is giving their approval to an agreement to lease the port to an international company.  Under the agreement, Gulftainer would lease the port for 50 years and invest 584-million-dollars in improvements.  State officials say the deal could create thousands of jobs.  The proposal still needs approval from the Delaware General Assembly.
