A former Delaware school principal will serve 13 months in prison and will pay back the thousands of dollars of school funds he stole. Fifty-six-year-old Noel Rodriguez was sentenced on Friday for embezzling nearly 150-thousand-dollars from the Academy of Dover by charging personal expenses to four unauthorized credit cards that he opened in the name of the school. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to the charges back in November.
