North Korea startled the world today by restoring a telephone hotline with South Korea, an overture that lets the two countries speak directly for the first time in years.

On today’s show, Pat and Jeffy talked about President Donald Trump’s strong stance on North Korea, and a caller praised Trump’s foreign policy.

“Things seem to be maybe even improving,” Pat said. “All of a sudden, North Korea is making these gestures to South Korea.”
