(Wilmington, DE)---The Elsmere man arrested for last month’s abduction and sexual assault of a four-year-old girl from her Pike Creek neighborhood is due in court today. There’s a preliminary hearing for Daniel Santucci on kidnapping, sexual assault, and attempted murder charges. Santucci is accused of abducting the young child April 6th from a park in the Village of Plum Run, molesting her, and then dumping her in a pond at Banning Park near Newport. The girl was spotted by a passing motorist hours after her abduction.
