Flooding could be a concern for much of Delaware. The National Weather Service says rainfall between tonight and tomorrow night could total between two and four inches. A flood watch will be in effect from 6 p.m. today until 10 p.m. Friday in Wilmington, Dover and Delaware beaches. The weather service says the primary concern is flooding of small streams and low-lying areas.
