Sussex County will reconsider a planned shopping center along the main route to the Delaware beaches. The council denied a rezoning request for the Overbrook Town Center two years ago. A court supported an appeal of the decision and ordered the council to revisit the request. Revised site plans presented yesterday reduce the shopping center size by 63-percent and included 135 single-family homes. The county council delayed a vote yesterday but will have to revisit the issue within 30 days.
