(Georgetown, DE) -- Shelters in Sussex County are opening earlier than expected. The Code Purple Sussex County Organization announced they'll be opening their shelters starting tonight. The organization had initially planned to open up next week but the cold weather prompted them to make a change. Officials say the shelters in Seaford, Bridgeville and Laurel will all be open tonight.
